Position the C-clamp around the outer pad and caliper. Tighten
the clamp until the piston bottoms in its bore.
Remove the brake pads
and the caliper (2) from the caliper carrier. Suspend the caliper with
a wire (1) in order to prevent damage to the brake hose. Refer to

Remove the rotor from the wheel hub. If the rotor cannot be removed
by hand, install two 8 mm bolts into the rotor. Tightening the bolts
will force the rotor off the wheel hub.
