  1. Install a NEW gasket and O-ring onto the water outlet.

    2. Object Number: 1848524 Size: SH
  2. Install the water outlet.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1848523 Size: SH
  3. Install the water outlet bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 1848522 Size: SH
  4. Connect the engine coolant air bleed hose (1) to the water outlet.
