Low Engine Oil Pressure: The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the engine oil pressure indicator when the engine control module (ECM) detects a low engine oil pressure condition. The ECM sends a serial data message to the body control module (BCM) indicating a low engine oil pressure.

CHANGE OIL SOON

The driver information center (DIC) illuminates the CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON message when the engine control module (ECM) determines that the engine oil life is 0 percent. Refer to GM Oil Life System Resetting .

CHECK GAS CAP

DOOR AJAR

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) and the driver information center (DIC) in the radio illuminate the door ajar indicator when the body control module (BCM) detects that any of the four doors is open. If the vehicle is shifted out of park with a door open, the BCM sends a serial data message to the IPC in order to activate an audible warning.

GATE AJAR

ICE POSSIBLE

The radio illuminates the ICE POSSIBLE message when the outside air temperature drops below 2.0°C (36°F). When the temperature rises above 5.5°C (42°F), the ICE POSSIBLE message turns off.

KEY FOB BATT LOW

LOW COOLANT

LOW FUEL

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the low fuel indicator when the IPC detects that the fuel level is less than 14 percent.
