This diagnostic procedure applies to serial data indicator(s) located in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) which may include the low fuel indicator.

Ignition ON, with the scan tool, perform the IPC Displays Test in the IPC Output Controls. Verify that the low fuel indicator illuminates and turns off after the displays test.
⇒ | If the indicator(s) does not perform the IPC Displays Test, replace the IPC. |
