Removal Procedure
- Lower door window.
- Remove inner sealing strip retainer peg.
- Lift one end of secondary weatherstrip.
- Carefully pull secondary weatherstrip from door frame.
Installation Procedure
- Install the front weatherstrip retaining peg. Work the weatherstrip toward rear upper corner.
- Install the rear weatherstrip locating notch at the belt line.
- Insert the retainer pin into the inner panel. Push the weatherstrip (1) to secure the remaining material onto the pinch-weld flange. Work from both ends toward the middle of the window frame header.
Important: Fully seat the weatherstrip against the trim edge of the header.
