When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Any DVD Player concern

DO NOT swap the DVD player from a known good vehicle for diagnostic test purposes. The DVD player will operate ONLY in the vehicle is was originally installed in. It learns the vehicles VIN from the BCM on the first ignition cycle after it is installed, and a new VIN cannot be learned. It is OK to swap the LCD screen from a known good vehicle for diagnostic test purposes only.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance.
