Condition
Customers may comment that the "CD Error" message is displayed in the Instrument Panel Cluster after changing tracks using the steering wheel LH scroll wheel.
The LH scroll wheel becomes temporarily inoperative when "CD Error" is displayed. The track change function works normally when the button on the radio is used.
Cause
This condition may be caused by a software anomaly within the Integrated Radio Chassis (IRC).
Correction
Replace the complete Integrated Radio Chassis.
