  1. Disconnect wiper motor connector C1.
  2. Set the ignition switch to ON.
  3. Set the wiper switch to LO.
  4. Connect a J 35616-200 from wiper motor connector C1, terminal B, to ground.

Is the test light on?

Check for an open circuit condition or poor connection condition in CKT 91.

Is an open circuit condition or poor connection condition present?

Repair the open circuit condition or poor connection condition in CKT 91.

Replace the wiper/washer switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

Connect a J 35616-200 from wiper motor connector C1, terminal C, to ground.

Is the test light on?

Check for an open circuit condition or poor connection condition in CKT 95.

Repair the open circuit condition or the poor connection condition in CKT 95.

Replace the wiper/washer switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

Check for continuity between wiper motor connector C1, terminal A, and connector C2, terminal B, wih a J 39200 .

Is continuity present?
