Use a test light in order to backprobe between the headlamp switch connector terminal N and the ground.

Did the test light illuminate?

Replace the headlamp switch. Refer to Headlamp Switch Replacement .

Repair the poor connection or open in CKT 442.

Is the repair complete?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
2. Reconnect any of the connectors or components that were removed.
