The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Product reports have been received regarding a water leak from the sunroof area. The water management system utilized on the sunroof module could have a flash over a drain spout opening creating a blockage of the spout. This blockage prevents proper drainage of the water through the drain hoses. When diagnosing a water leak from the sunroof area, check all drain spouts in the sunroof for blockage. If found, the condition can be easily corrected by drilling out the excess flash to open the drain. It is not necessary to replace the sunroof module to correct this condition.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
