- Install the washer pump.

- Install the washer solvent level sensor. Refer to
Windshield Washer Solvent Level Switch Replacement
.
- Position the bracket to the washer solvent container.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the washer
solvent container bracket screws
Tighten
Tighten the washer solvent container bracket screws to 7 N·m
(62 lb in).
- Connect the electrical connector to the washer solvent level sensor.
- Position the washer solvent container to the vehicle.
- Install the washer solvent container screws.
Tighten
Tighten the washer solvent container screws to 10 N·m (88 lb in).
- Connect the electrical connector and the hose to the washer pump.
- Install the front washer solvent container screw.
Tighten
Tighten the front washer solvent container screw to 5 N·m
(44 lb in).
- Install the front fender liner. Refer to
Front Fender Liner Replacement
in Body Front End.
- Install the right headlamp assembly. Refer to
Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
in Lighting Systems.
- Press the upper fill tube
assembly and the seal onto the washer solvent container.
- Install the upper fill tube screw.
Tighten
Tighten the upper fill tube screw to 10 N·m (88 lb in).
- Fill the washer solvent container with washer solvent.
