Condition/Concern:
Some dealers may report a no audio condition on a 2007 - 2008 Chevrolet HHR with the US8 radio following a programming event through TIS2WEB.
Recommendation/Instructions:
DO NOT attempt any wiring repairs or radio replacement. Contact GM TECHLINE for assistance with this issue.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
