Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the passenger side knee bolster. Refer to Passenger Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

    3. Object Number: 301621 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the recirculation vacuum harness from the recirculation actuator (1).
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator (1) from the heater case.
  5. Remove the recirculation actuator linkage.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 301621 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation actuator linkage.

    2. Install the recirculation actuator (1) to the heater case.

  2. Connect the recirculation vacuum harness to the recirculation actuator (1).
  3. Install the passenger side knee bolster. Refer to Passenger Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement in Interior Trim.
