Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement .
  2. Remove the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Track Garnish Molding Replacement .
  3. Remove the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Sliding Door Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.

    5. Object Number: 334049 Size: SH
  5. Remove the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.
  6. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the rear of the upper track.
  7. Remove the sliding side door upper roller bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 334049 Size: SH
  1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
  2. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.

    3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Track Garnish Molding Replacement .
  6. Install the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Sliding Door Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement .
