Door Lock Cylinder Replacement Front Door

1. Raise the window completely.
2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .



4. Remove the outside door handle (3). Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
5. Remove the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder (1).
6. Press the lock cylinder retainer. Remove the lock cylinder (1) from the outside door handle (3).

1. Press the lock cylinder (1) in the outside door handle (3) in order to engage the lock cylinder retainer.
2. Install the clip in order to retain the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder (1).
3. Install the outside door handle (3). Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
4. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .

Door Lock Cylinder Replacement Side and Rear Door

1. Remove the side front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the side front door outside handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .



3. Remove the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder (1).
4. Press the lock cylinder, from outside the vehicle, through the side front door outside handle (3).
5. Remove the lock cylinder (1) from the side front door outside handle (3).

1. Press the lock cylinder (1) into the handle (3) in order to engage the lock cylinder retainer.
2. Install the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder (1).
3. Install the side front door outside handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
4. Install the side front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
