For 1990-2009 cars only
- Clean bright metal parts regularly with mild detergent and water.
- Use Chrome Polish GM P/N 1050173 or the equivalent on the chrome-plated steel or the stainless steel trim, if needed.
- Use special care with the aluminum trim, the aluminum wheels, and the chrome-plated plastic parts.
- Do not use the following solvents in order to clean aluminum or chrome-plated plastic parts:
- Use a coating of wax, rubbed to a high polish, for all bright metal parts.
