  1. Turn the ignition ON with the engine off.
  2. Fasten and unfasten the seat belt.
  3. Turn on the park lamps.
  4. Turn on the high beam headlamps.
  5. Turn off the ignition and exterior lamps.

Did the seat belt indicator, high beam indicator, and instrument cluster illumination operate normally?

Repair the open CKT 150 (BLK) between ground and the instrument cluster.
