Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 238422 Size: SH
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the EVAP vent valve .
  3. Disconnect the canister vent hose.

    4. Object Number: 276388 Size: SH
  4. Bend back the tang on the bracket.
  5. Slide the EVAP vent valve off the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 276388 Size: SH
  1. Slide the EVAP vent valve onto the bracket.
  2. Connect the canister vent hose.

    3. Object Number: 238422 Size: SH
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the EVAP vent valve .
  4. Lower the vehicle.
