AF335 With DTC P0741 - keywords L1 L2 L6 L7 MO9 M45 slip TCC

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

If a vehicle equipped with an AF335 has a DTC P0741 follow the instructions below.

Clear the DTC

Test drive the vehicle with a Tech2 meeting all of the Conditions for Running the DTC in eSI document ID#1839540

If the DTC resets snapshot event and save to TIS

Call TAC and set up a case

Record serial number and transmission part number

TAC will contact engineering

Someone will contact the dealer within 24 hours

If DTC does not reset drive vehicle while commanding the TCC on and off with the Tech2 to try to flush any debris that may be in the valve body. Then release to customer for evaluation.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
