1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement .
2. Remove the steering wheel control switches. Refer to Steering Wheel Control Switch Assembly Replacement .

Manual Shift Position Switch Screw (Qty: 2)

Tip
Remove the manual shift position switch screws.

Tighten
3.5 N·m (31 lb in)

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the from the switches.
