Removal Procedure
- Lift the wiper arm from the windshield until the wiper arm locks in the service-up position.
- Press down on the release tab, then pull the wiper blade downward to disengage the wiper blade from the hook of the arm.
Notice: Use care when removing or installing a wiper blade. Inadvertent bumping can cause the wiper arm to release from the service-up position causing the wiper arm to fall onto and damage the windshield.
Installation Procedure
- Install the pivot of the wiper blade onto the hook of the wiper arm.
- Pull the wiper blade upward until the wiper blade snaps into the hook of the wiper arm.
- Carefully lower the arm and blade down onto the windshield.
