Caution: When working with any type of glass or sheet metal with exposed or rough edges, wear approved safety glasses and gloves in order to reduce the chance of personal injury.

1. Push in on one edge of the mirror glass tilting the mirror case to allow finger access.
2. Grasp the glass case firmly and pull the case from the mirror body.
3. Disconnect the wire connectors from the case (heated mirror).
4. Remove the jackscrews from the mirror case.

4.1.	Bend the jackscrew over.

4.2.	Press down on the side of the jackscrew popping the screw from the mirror case.

4.3.	Save the jackscrews for reinstallation to the mirror motor.

IMPORTANT: The glass case is not the same for the right and left mirror. For ease of assembly of the glass case place a little white lithium grease on the motor pivot and on the tip of the installed jackscrews.

1. Install the jackscrews to the mirror motor.

1.1.	Push the jackscrews into the mirror motor.

1.2.	Turn the upper jackscrew aligning the flanges on the tip of the jackscrew up and down to match the slots in the mirror case.

1.3.	Turn the side jackscrew aligning the flanges on the tip of the jackscrew horizontal, so they match the slots in the mirror case.




2. Connect the electrical connectors to the mirror case (heated mirror).
3. Align the case to the mirror motor.
4. With the palm of your gloved hand press firmly on the center of the glass until the case snaps onto the motor.
5. Snap the mirror case to the jackscrews.

•	Right mirror. Rotate the glass case down and press firmly on the lower side snapping the case to the lower jackscrew.

•	Left mirror. Rotate the glass case up and press firmly on the upper side snapping the case to the upper jackscrew.

•	Rotate the glass case and press firmly on the outer side snapping the case to the outer jackscrew.
