Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 63212 Size: SH
  1. Remove both cylinder heads. Refer to Cylinder Head Replacement .
  2. Remove the valve lifter guides and the valve lifters. Refer to Valve Lifter Replacement .
  3. Remove the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement in Engine Cooling.
  4. Remove the timing chain and sprocket. Refer to Timing Chain and Sprocket Replacement .
  5. Remove the camshaft. Refer to Camshaft Removal .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 63212 Size: SH
  1. Install the camshaft. Refer to Camshaft Installation .
  2. Install the timing chain and sprocket. Refer to Timing Chain and Sprocket Replacement .
  3. Install the valve lifter guides and the valve lifters. Refer to Valve Lifter Replacement .
  4. Install both cylinder heads. Refer to Cylinder Head Replacement .
  5. Install the radiator. Refer to Radiator Replacement in Engine Cooling.
