Side marker lamps or sockets may corrode as a result of water/moisture entry. A new rear side marker lamp wiring harness entered production effective with VIN Y616022 at Wilmington and VIN E636202 at Linden assembly plants. This new harness has mastic grease in the lamp sockets and can be used on earlier models.

The part number of the new harness is 12081598.
