Condition/Concern:
The 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt may have a concern of a TCC surge or chuggle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Before disassembling the transmission to correct the concern, swap a TCM from a known good vehicle and retest.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
