J 44811 Accessory Belt Tensioner Unloader

1. Using the J 44811 , rotate the drive belt tensioner counter clockwise to release the spring tension.
2. Remove the drive belt from around the tensioner.
3. Remove the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
4. Remove the engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement .
5. Remove the drive belt from around all the other pulleys.
6. Remove the drive belt from the vehicle.

1. Install the drive belt to the vehicle.
2. Install the drive belt around all the pulleys, except for the tensioner.
3. Install the engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement .
4. Install the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
5. Using the J 44811 , rotate the drive belt tensioner counter clockwise to release the spring tension.
6. Install the drive belt around the tensioner.
