DEFINITION: The seat is hard to move forward or rearward.

The new adjusters are not broken in.

Operate the seat to the full forward or full rearward positions several times in order to work the new tightness out of the channel.

The adjuster(s) are improperly lubricated.

Use Lubriplate Auto-Lube in order to lubricate the adjuster channels.

The adjuster(s) are binding due to bent or damaged channels.

Replace the adjuster.

The assist springs are disconnected.

Reconnect the assist springs.
