Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
  2. Move the front seats rearward.

    3. Object Number: 293474 Size: SH
  3. Unsnap the park brake lever cover.
  4. Remove the park brake lever cover.
  5. Disconnect the park brake warning lamp switch connector.

    6. Object Number: 293475 Size: SH
  6. Remove the following components from the park brake assembly:
    7. • The screw
    • The park brake warning lamp switch

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 293475 Size: SH
  1. Install the park brake warning lamp switch to the park brake assembly using the screw.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the park brake warning lamp switch screw to 2.8 N·m (25 lb in).

  2. Connect the park brake warning lamp switch connector.

    3. Object Number: 293474 Size: SH
  3. Install the park brake lever cover.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable to the battery.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the negative battery cable bolt to 17 N·m (13 lb ft).
