Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1702051 Size: SH
  1. Remove the retention pin (1) and pivot the bracket down.
  2. Remove the pivot bolt (2) and washer from the bracket.
  3. Remove the bracket from the bumper.
  4. Remove the license plate from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1702051 Size: SH
  1. Inspect the bracket pivot bushing and replace as needed.
  2. Install the license plate on the bracket.
  3. Install the bracket on the bumper and install washer and bolt (2). Tighten the bolt until the bracket pivots open freely.
  4. Pivot the bracket into the up position and install the retention pin (1).
