Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 363716  Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 408533  Size: SH
  3. Unfasten the J-clip on the rear of the seat. Pull back the trim cover in order to expose the side seat back side bolts (1).
  4. Remove the seat back side bolts from the seat back.
  5. Remove the seat back from the seat.

Installation Procedure

  1. Position the seat back on the seat.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the seat back side bolts (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

  5. Pull the trim cover over the seat. Fasten the J-clip.

  6. Object Number: 363716  Size: SH
  7. Install the rear seat in the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement .
