Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the window.
  2. Remove the trim panel upper extension. Refer to Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 379215 Size: SH
  3. Remove the manual door lock switch lever.
  4. Remove the manual window handle, if equipped. Refer to Door Window Regulator Handle Replacement .
  5. Remove the power accessory switch panel. Refer to Power Accessory Switch Panel Replacement .
  6. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  8. Remove the window run channel front bolt attachment.
  9. Loosen the retaining bolts from the window glass assembly.
  10. Remove the window glass from the door sliding the window glass out through the top.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the window glass to the door sliding the window glass down through the top.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Tighten the retaining bolts to the window glass assembly.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the window run channel front bolt attachment.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  4. Install the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the door trim panel. refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  6. Install the power accessory switch panel. Refer to Power Accessory Switch Panel Replacement .
  7. Install the manual window handle if equipped. Refer to Door Window Regulator Handle Replacement .

  8. Install the manual door lock switch lever.
  9. Install the trim panel upper extension. Refer to Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement .
  10. Lower the window. Inspect the operation.
