These Labor Time allowances are published for the purpose of implementing the terms of the current Dealer Sales and Service Agreement for vehicles and are intended for the purpose of computing the compensation payable to authorized dealers/retailers for the performance of warranty, policy, and campaign adjustments, and other work authorized and performed. The use of these allowances for any other purposes will be at the discretion of each dealer/retailer. All time allowances are subject to change at any time based on time studies related to improved methods, techniques or equipment or other advances in the industry.

LABOR TIME GUIDE INFORMATION IS UPDATED AND PRODUCED PERIODICALLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PLEASE RETAIN PREVIOUS LTG INFORMATION AS NECESSARY FOR REFERENCE.

Warranty Administrative policies/coverages should be referenced through the GM Service Policies and Procedures manual or other appropriate GM publications.
