Heated air from air conditioning outlets during hi blower operation in A/C mode may be traced to a broken temperature valve link.
The air conditioning will operate properly (adequate cooling) in low to medium blower speeds; however, the air flow of hi blower operation will raise the temperature door deflecting air through the heater core.
This condition can be corrected by installation of service kit P/N 3053055. The kit consists of a new design bell-crank/link assembly, bell-crank retainer and installation instruction sheet. Care should be used in removing factory installed bellcrank retainer (large green push-on retainer) to avoid damage to the shaft that may affect retention of the new retainer.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
