SELECTIVE THRUST WASHER 2004R COLOR CODE IDENTIFICATION

Beginning approximately October 31, 1981, the color coding of the selective thrust washer located between the oil pump and the overdrive clutch housing, has changed.

The color codes marked with an asterisk in Figure 1 have been revised as shown in Figure 2. Use Figure 2 to update your 1982 THM 2OO-4R Service Manual.
