1. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.
2. Ensure that the high beam headlights are not turned on.

Does the high beam indicator remain off after the bulb test?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Cluster, Gauges, and Console.
