  1. Open each door, one at a time, in order to determine which door is inoperative.
  2. Connect a 15A fused jumper between the body control module (BCM) connector C3 terminal D11 (driver door) or terminal D12 (passenger door) and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Do the courtesy lamps turn on?

Test for and repair a poor connection at the BCM connector C3 terminal D11 (driver door) or terminal D12. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Did you find and repair a poor connection?

Connect a 15A fused between the connector C200C terminal 4 (driver door) or terminal 5 (passenger door) and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

  1. Disconnect the inoperative front side door lock.
  2. Connect a 15A fused jumper between the side door lock switch terminal A and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Repair the open in circuit 745 (driver door) or 746 (passenger door) between connector C200 and the BCM. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Repair the open in circuit 745 (driver door) or 746 (passenger door) between connector C200 and the front side door lock. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Reconnect the front side door lock.
  2. Open the inoperative door.
  3. Connect a 15A fused jumper between the front side door lock connector terminal D and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.
