LOOSE BOLT/CLUTCH BRACKET F CAR/LOOSE OR BROKEN BOLT

SOME 1982-83 "F" SERIES VEHICLES MAY HAVE A LOOSE OR BROKEN CLUTCH CORDON SHAFT MOUNTING BRACKET RETAINING BOLD (FIGURE 1). ON VEHICLES WITH THIS CONDITION, THE LOOSE AND/OR BROKEN BOLT SHOULD BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. THE NEW BOLT, P/N 14075758, WITH A LOCTITE PATCH ON THE THREADS SHOULD BE INSTALLED AND TORQUED TO 41-54 N.M (30-40 FT. LBS.).
