GM Engineering is trying to understand the causes for wheel alignment customer satisfaction issues. Our current warranty system supplies very little information as to what the customer complaint was or what the dealership found and did to fix that customer complaint. Please ask your alignment technician to fill out the attached questionnaire for any warranted GM vehicle requiring a wheel alignment.
The Wheel Alignment Engineering team has developed the attached questionnaire. We believe that completing the questionnaire will assist us in addressing wheel alignment issues.
This program will start on March 15th and run for the next 90 Days.
