Was the Content Theft Deterrent (CTD) System Check performed.

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Theft Deterrent

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. With a scan tool select Instrument Panel Cluster , Special Functions, and command the Security message ON.

Does the Security message turn ON and OFF when commanded?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Body Control System

Go to Step 3

Replace the Instrument Cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement

Is the repair complete?
