Removal Procedure

The temperature valve actuator is located on top of the heater case.


    Object Number: 404930 Size: SH
  1. Roll back the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the temperature actuator.
  3. Remove the temperature valve actuator retaining screws.
  4. Remove the temperature valve actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 404930 Size: SH
  1. Install the temperature valve actuator.
  2. Install the temperature valve actuator retaining screws.
  3. Install the electrical connector to the temperature actuator.
  4. Install the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
