Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 524198 Size: SH
  1. Drain the coolant from the radiator. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Turn the drain cock until the metal pin on the drain cock is aligned with the opening slot.

    3. Object Number: 524186 Size: SH
  3. Pull the drain cock out of the radiator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 524186 Size: SH
  1. Align the metal pin on the drain cock with the opening slot on the radiator.

    2. Object Number: 524198 Size: SH
  2. Push the drain cock into the radiator slot.
  3. Close the drain cock.
  4. Refill the radiator. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
