Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 386523 Size: SH

    Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Open the center console storage compartment.
  3. Remove the two screws that retains the storage compartment tray.
  4. Remove the storage compartment from the center console.
  5. Reach under the center console and release the rear wiper switch retaining tabs.
  6. Remove the rear wiper switch from the center console.
  7. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear wiper switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 386523 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the rear wiper switch.
  2. Install the rear wiper switch to the center console.
  3. Install the storage compartment tray to the center console.
  4. Install the two screws that retains the storage compartment tray.
  5. Close the center console storage compartment.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
