COOLING SYSTEM LEAKS AT RADIATOR HOSES

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1987-88 "L" CAR WITH 2.0L LLB (VIN CODE 1) AND 2.8L LB6 (VIN CODE W) ENGINES

Some of the above vehicles may have loose radiator hoses that are leaking coolant. This is due to the hose clamps having insufficient clamping force. This condition may be repaired by replacing the existing hose clamps with the following service part.

Part Number Part Name ----------- --------- 10056745 Hose Clamp

This clamp can be used as a service part on both upper and lower radiator hoses.

The subject condition may be present on any vehicle built prior to the following breakpoints. --
