W/S REVEAL MOLDING POOR FIT NEW MOLDING P/N AND REPAIR

Model and Year: 1987-88 BERETTA, CORSICA

Some comments have been made that the windshield side-to-pillar reveal moldings have a poor fit at the upper corners on subject vehicles.

Field repairs can be accomplished by installing a revised windshield side-to-pillar reveal molding per the service procedure below. The part numbers for the revised moldings are:

Coupe R/S 10076028 L/S 10076029

Sedan R/S 10076030 L/S 10076031

Service Procedure

1. Open front door.

2. Remove sealing strip in area of windshield side reveal molding.

3. Remove four screws, (see illustration).

4. If necessary, elongate the four holes and slots in the new reveal moldings so that the molding end will fit flush to the roof.

5. Install moldings and reverse the tear down procedure.

Right side, elongate B7570 .3 Hours holes, and replace.

Left side, elongate B7571 .3 Hours holes, and replace.
