Condition

Some customers may comment that the clock in their vehicle resets to 1 O'clock or loses time intermittently.

Cause

This condition may be due to a voltage spike in the ground circuit.

Correction

Use SI Clock Malfunction, Document ID #1284938 for diagnosis. If the concern is not found, replace the clock assembly. Refer to Clock Replacement--Console, Document ID #1286123.
