The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
After replacing the Suspension Control Module (SCM), DTC C0558 may set. For the 2006 model year, the SCM needs programming. Currently, TIS does not support this programming procedure. The 2006 XLR and the 2006 XLR-V have their own unique calibration to optimize the ride quality and handling of the vehicle.
Recommendation/Instructions:
To program a SCM, it will be necessary to contact Techline Customer Support at 1-800-828-6860.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
