1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

Pull the headlamp dimmer switch toward the driver.

Push the headlamp dimmer switch away from the driver.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Cover the ambient light sensor.
3. Place the headlamp switch to the AUTO position.

Expose the ambient light sensor to a bright incandescent light.

The headlamps turn off with the ambient light sensor exposed to a bright incandescent light.

Turn on the windshield wipers.

After turning on the windshield wiper in approximately 6 seconds, the low beam headlamps and park lamps turn on.
