Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 302599 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right closeout/insulator panel replacement - IP lower. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the accelerator controls cable (1) from the accelerator controls pedal (3).
  3. Remove the nuts (2) from the accelerator controls pedal assembly.
  4. Remove the accelerator controls pedal assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 302599 Size: SH
  1. Install the accelerator controls pedal assembly.
  2. Install the accelerator controls pedal assembly nuts (2).

    3. Important: The throttle should operate freely without binding between full closed and wide open throttle.

  3. Install the accelerator controls cable (1) to the pedal (3) pedal.
  4. Install the closeout/insulator panel replacement - IP lower (right). Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement .
