Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 105511 Size: SH
  1. Remove the closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the lap cooler duct screw (1) from the instrument panel carrier.
  4. Remove the lap cooler duct (2) from the instrument panel carrier.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 105511 Size: SH
  1. Align the lap cooler duct (2) with the instrument panel carrier.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lap cooler duct screw (1) to the instrument panel carrier.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in)

  3. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Install the closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
