1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the drivers door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
3. Remove the 9 retainers by depressing the center pins in order to release retainers.
4. Disengage the wiring harness grommet.
5. Pull the wiring harness through the hole in the water deflector.
6. Remove the water deflector.

Important: Reuse the 9 retainers by pushing the center pin back through the retainer body.

1. Route the wiring harness through the hole in the water deflector.
2. Align the water deflector to the door assembly.
3. Install the retainers. Lock the retainers by pressing the center pin flush with the retainer body.
4. Seat the wiring harness grommet.
5. Install the drivers door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
6. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement
